They should ‘ve asked permission or allow a limit to be set. Good for me my firewall notified me.
Скайп - не p2p. Там нет ресурсов, которыми надо делиться, чтобы другим было тоже хорошо. Там сразу при помощи центрального сервера устанавливается прямая связь (между заинтересованными лицами!), и никакие ресурсы других пользователей уже не нужны.
